Steps: 1) Load mozilla 2) Right click in content area/Middle click on link/Left click on some links Expected Behaviour: Appropriate context menu appears/Link opens in new window/Links opens Observed Behaviour: None of the above. It would appear that one of the DOM checkins in the last 36 hours has gone horribly, horribly wrong.
nominate this for a smoketest blocker but I don't think the summary is very accurate so changing it from: DOM events seem to be completely and utterly broken. to: clicking on links and context clicking on links doesn't do anything
Summary: DOM events seem to be completely and utterly broken. → clicking on links and context clicking on links doesn't do anything
jag--did you fix this problem as well? Philip L--what build did you see this problem with? Can you try a build after 6amPDT?
Sounds like the patch in bug 35011 introduced this problem so I am going to resolve this as fixed but add a blocker to 35011 so that (hopefully) when bug 35011 is fixed again, the owner will check the bugs on the dependency lists for regressions before landing.

Yeah, the problem went away when the checkin from 35011 was backed out.
