I'm confused...

(In reply to Daniel Varga [:dvarga] from comment #0)

This is still happening on https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&resultStatus=testfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception&classifiedState=unclassified&selectedJob=228566945 after bug 1524774 was fixed

That link seems to point to an unrelated test run (a "TCw1" test, which I don't think is reftest-related and which doesn't show a failure for this test).

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=225624748&repo=mozilla-central

https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/T73MlLBpRO6MKDg7aApruA/runs/0/artifacts/public/logs/live_backing.log

https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/raw-file/tip/layout/tools/reftest/reftest-analyzer.xhtml#logurl=https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/T73MlLBpRO6MKDg7aApruA/runs/0/artifacts/public/logs/live_backing.log&only_show_unexpected=1

These logs are from a run ~2 weeks ago (long before bug 1524774's patch landed). The datestamp at the top of the log says:
Requested: Sat, Feb 2, 01:44:52
Started: Sat, Feb 2, 02:42:56
Ended: Sat, Feb 2, 03:24:05

Is this really still happening and I'm just misunderstanding, or can we close this?

I did find one test run that was starred with this bug number (different from the links in comment 0):
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-central&revision=b29c87add05f735b250612ca2444103652750091&selectedJob=228551785

That's the test run that we discussed on IRC last night, and it's from the cycle just before bug 1524774's patch was merged to mozilla-central. So, it didn't have the fix yet, which means it's not surprising that it failed.

So I'm pretty sure this was filed by mistake, but please clarify & reopen if this is really still happening.

In particular, the mozilla-central push with comment 2's failure was here:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?changeset=b29c87add05f

And the next mozilla-central push after that one was here:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?changeset=426ca85d2303

And that second one is the one with my patch for Bug 1524774.
