Steps to reproduce:
I open the settings for my "News and Blog feeds". It is the same for both of my folders.
Actual results:
Settings gives "file not found".
"File not found
The file chrome://messenger/content/am-newsblog.xul cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.
Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted."
Expected results:
The correct page is loaded.

The same problem occurred with my Thunderbird, but it was resolved after disabling the extension FiltaQuilla.
