there is no way to select text email section instead of html

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.get an html email, see that most email clients are polite enough to include a
text version as well as some badly format html version
2.there is no way to set messeger to display this preformated-text-only version
of the email
3.

Actual Results:  horid html display

Expected Results:  option in prefs to display the text mime section

In newer builds (1.1 alpha) you can toggle this in mail&news via 'View' ->
'Message body as' -> 'Original HTML', 'Simple HTML' or 'Plain Text'.

The decision is saved, but there is no option in preferences (yet?).
