When creating a yearly repeating event, said event can only be made to repeat on
the same date of each year (20/05/2002, 20/05/2003...), which causes problems
when trying to set up repeating events for holidays like Victoria Day (which is
the Monday of the third week of May).

We should allow yearly repeating events to have the same choices as a monthly
repeating event. Anyway, what lead to this being filed:

What I did:
1. Created an event on May 20, 2002. Titled Victoria Day.
2. Set to repeat yearly.
3. Chose date, May 19, 2003 (next year's Victoria Day).

What went wrong:
Victoria Day 2003 appears on Tuesday May 20, 2003.

What should have happened:
Victoria Day 2003 should have appeared on Monday May 19, 2003.

The solution to this problem is to make an event that repeats every 12 months,
and use the monthly repeating stuff to make sure it happens on the right date.
