Following up on Bug 1513025, a next step for the user journey telemetry will be to draft the event definition YAML that Firefox will ingest, once the probes are prioritized and packaged for implementation.

It sounds like we're going to adopt a different strategy; I'll work with :jimthomas to spec that out.
