build 2002053012 on winnt4 sp6a

when opening new windows (like menus etc.), Mozilla shows a tiny, tiny
one, about 3x3 pixels large. then suddenly this small thingy changes
size and becomes the intended window.

you should instead be using the standard technique for opening windows:
1) create hidden
2) fill with controls
3) show it

you chose the order 3) - 2) and leave out 1) 

I don't like that.

This bug has not been touched in more than a year, so I'm trying to figure out
if it is still relevant.

Could you please try and reproduce this behaviour with a more recent build like
1.4 or later ?
