Steps to reproduce:

Added any PWA to the home screen, closed Firefox, tap on the home screen shortcut to open the PWA

Actual results:

The app window remains blank until I open manually Firefox and put it in background

Expected results:

The PWA opens and loads succesfully

Fixed in Firefox 66.
