Steps to reproduce:

default kde gtk theme, enabled csd (drawing in titlebar),
maximized firefox

Actual results:

maximize button instead of restore button is displayed in the titlebar

Expected results:

restore button should be displayed

this happens only with gtk themes which provide custom window decoration assets (eg. breeze,arc)
the default linux gtk theme adwaita isn't affected
