I've been on the webrc-admin team since it was started, but I don't work on WebRTC any more, additionally the other members (Maire Reavy, Adam Roach, Dan Mosedale are not directly working WebRTC these days or not at all).

Nils and Jan-Ivar are both involved with WebRTC, so I'm going to add them both as maintainers and remove myself.

Filing for recording purposes.

I've added Nils as maintainer, and invited Jan-Ivar to the org.
