In bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1505368 we introduced a new test that leaks memory: devtools/client/aboutdebugging-new/test/browser/browser/browser_aboutdebugging_devtoolstoolbox_target_destroyed.js

It seems that the toolbox is not closing itself properly when we redirect to another page.
