We should remove this pref once SurfaceTexture is usable everywhere.

Looks like this is not needed anymore and we can just use SurfaceTexture
everywhere.

Alright, I'm just going to add the pref to geckoview-prefs.js to avoid adding unnecessary crashes to Fennec.

This is on by default in multi-process but currently off by default in
single-process.

FxR needs this and they still use single-process so we just enable it
everywhere.

We can't just remove this flag because it triggers a crash in Fennec.

Can we just fix the crash for Fennec?
