[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the Firefox Browser and reach reddit.com
- Click on any article from the site.
Expected Result:
The page should reach the article without issues and the buttons should not be painted over twice.
Actual Results:
The Login, Signup and search buttons are painted over and displayed twice.

This looks bad. Jessie, do you know if we plan to have webrender replace D2D for all arm64 win10 users? if not could you assign this to someone with access to one of these arm64 devices?
