I noticed today that in about:support -> Graphics -> Diagnostics there is "ClearType Parameters" in the beginning and at the end.

For me this field was never present I guess (and it doesn't show in my Firefox 65 with another profile), and now there is 2.

Probably a regression from bug 1212982.

I can reproduce this as well. Mozregression pointed to bug 1212982. Masatoshi, would you be able to take a look?

This is not my regression. about:support had duplicated entiries even before bug 1212982 was fixed, but it had been displayed only if the user had custumized the ClearType settings. My changes made "ClearType Parameters" always present, so the bug became more apparent.
