Steps to reproduce:
Tried opening https://www.slashfilm.com/ in Firefox 66beta10.
Actual results:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to www.slashfilm.com. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP

Expected results:
This might be a duplicate of bug 1492361 or bug 1504109 but I'm not sure.

network.trr.mode is set to 2 locally. Other settings related to TLS/TRR are set to default.

I cannot open multiple other websites proxied by CloudFlare unless network.trr.mode is reset.
It's a showstopper.

while you moved this into Core :: Networking
