Galaxy Blue sets both accentcolor and textcolor to white which obviously
cannot work.

Checking that accentcolor isn't the same as textcolor would be trivial. With slightly more effort we could also check their contrast. On failure it could fall back to black or white, depending on what provides more contrast with textcolor.
