Details

The Changes panel styles rely a lot on nesting beneath the #sidebar-panel-changes selector. Switching to BEM notation makes class names more self-explantory (ex: modifiers) and removes unnecessary nesting.

Work started in Bug 1529606. This bug is for applying the BEM notation to the rest of the selectors in the Changes panel.
