Details

tc-docs had a people page that was based partially on an authenticated query to the mozillians API, which we don't want to do anymore.

Instead, let's include only public information about the people who have contributed, as static data.

I'll also delete that Mozillians API key while I'm at it.

correction: the key is still used by the old docs site, so don't delete it yet.
