Steps to reproduce:

1. Refresh or re-install Firefox Quantum (version 65.0.1)
2. Use any website. (I tried gmail, Amazon). Gmail works fine. Able to login into Amazon and make purchases.
3. Reboot Laptop
4. Open the websites again (Gmail, Amazon)

Actual results:

1. Gmail says "You have been redirected to the basic HTML version because this browser is not supported."
2. When i try to login into Amazon.in account, it says 'Please Enable Cookies to Continue".

Expected results:

After every reboot, Firefox should open websites properly:

1. Gmail should work in full mode, not basic HTML.
2. Should be able to login to Amazon.

If i refresh or re-install again, and the steps are repeated, the issue occurs.
Should be able to use firefox without the need to refresh after every reboot.

After creating new profile, this issue is not occurring.
Maybe one of the updates to Firefox has some issue with the old profile.
Anycase, the bug seems to be solved now with the new profile.
