Bootstrap is always failing in Jenkins and so the integration tests are not running.
Locally in the Jenkins machine running ./bootstrap.sh works, lets try that to fix the issue and have the test running again

At least now bootstrap finishes and tests are launched, although one failed during the test and two in the tear down, looks like intermittent although will be investigated:
