User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Steps to reproduce:
In my Thunderbird Inbox, click on Date column header to switch list item order by date.
Actual results:
When classifying list by most recent at the top (so from older at the bottom to newer at the top order - bottom-to-top direction) the arrow tip show DOWN icon (top-to-bottom direction) - opposite direction to the dates progression in the ordered list by Date
Affect TB version 66.0b2 (32-bit) and possilby TB version 66.0b1 (32-bit) which may be when issue started to occur. Confusing because of the opposite direction... not showing the current status of order correctly.
See attached for visual of the issue.
Expected results:
When classifying list by most recent at the top (so from older at the bottom to newer at the top order - bottom-to-top direction) the arrow tip should show UP icon (bottom-to-top) - same direction to the dates progression in the ordered list by Date
This was the original behaviour of TB till recently. Which is much less confusing for end-user as arrow and date progression goes into the same direction, showing the current status of order correctly.
