Based on the hypothesis that the one-level certificate error page experience is of limited value to users, we would like to experiment with introducing a second layer that, in-context, reminds users that they are seeing a certificate error page they added an exception for.
The idea is to show a notification box to users when they visit a site that they added a certificate exception for.
