15311 - Can't click on area shape circle and follow link correctly

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Load the above page (either the original page at ami.md or the reduced test
case)
- Click on the plane to follow the link

Result: Nothing happens. This does work correctly in IE 5.

Expected result: The link is followed.

btw, the page does in fact validate as good html 4.0, so that shouldn't be the
problem... see

This is actually a duplicate of bug 1882.

If you remove the "default.htm" from the usemap attribute of the image, then
everything works ok.
