STR:

  1. Log into the new AirMo site: https://onlinexperiences.com/scripts/Server.nxp?LASCmd=L:0&AI=1&InitialDisplay=1&ClientBrowser=0&ShowKey=44908
  2. Click the "Austin Yall Hands" video thumbnail.
  3. Click the "ON DEMAND" link for one of the videos, such as the "All Hands Emerging Technologies Plenary Session".
  4. Click the "WATCH ON DEMAND" button.
  5. A new window will popup with the video player.
  6. Mouse over the video player's popup window and the browser window behind it.

RESULT:
The screen will flash every 5-10 seconds and show some rendering glitches.

I tested some old builds and was able to reproduce as long ago as 2018-08-17 (Firefox 63 Nightly).

Hmm, I tried on 4 Win10 PCs, but I could not reproduce the problem.

I tested some old builds and was able to reproduce as long ago as 2018-08-17 (Firefox 63 Nightly).

From it, SharedGL context(Bug 1494763) seemed not related to the problem.

:cpeterson, can you reproduce the problem on another Windows10 PC? Can you test with pref gfx.webrender.dcomp-win.enabled:false? Can you test with more recent graphic driver? Thanks!

I'm no longer able to reproduce this bug. I'm using 68 Nightly and have installed three Windows 10 Insider Preview updates since I filed bug 19 days ago.
