[Prerequisites]
Launch Firefox on a clean profile.
Set the following pref:
extensions.fxmonitor.enabled (bool) = true

[Steps to reproduce]

  1. Go to: devkitpro.org (here the doorhanger appears)
  2. Open a new tab in the same window
  3. Go back to the tab with the doorhanger (the doorhanger is still opened)
  4. Drag the tab with the doorhanger out of the window

[Expected result]
The tab is successfully dragged out of the window and the Monitor doorhanger remains opened

[Actual result]
The tab is successfully dragged out of the window and the Monitor doorhanger is closed
