Steps to reproduce:

After installing version 60.5.2 I can't send file with: "Sent to -> Mail recipient".

I've tested on polish Window 7 and 10 - TB 32 bit polish or en-GB.

Actual results:

Nothing - no reaction.

Expected results:

TB should open a new e-email with attached file.
