Steps to reproduce:

I try to send a mail with MAPI (Simple) in Windows 10 from another application (Delphi).

Actual results:

The ThunderBird not opens a new mail window, it shows a dialog which possibility to comfirm or disallow the instant sending.

Expected results:

The previous versions worked well - new message window apperared.

Now it works like I set the options to MAPI_DIALOG_MODELESS or without MAPI_DIALOG.
But I set it as MAPI_DIALOG as before.

The version number of the actual program: 60.5.2 (32 bit)
