Steps to reproduce:
Thist morning THunderbird Version 60.5.2 (32 Bit) updated.
I've got an app made in VB6 with using the MAPI.
Actual results:
using the Microsoft-MAPI the Mail got sent directly without clicking on the Send-Button in the Mail-Window
Expected results:
The Mailer-Window with the predefined Mail (Adress, subject and Mail-Text) should be opened.
Sending of the Mail should only be done by the user by clicking the "Send"-Button in the Mail-Window

This a duplicate of bug 1530820 ?
(The window not shown is only when address is preconfigured, whithout it, nothing happens at all)
