I have been seeing this pretty frequently, about 1 in 3 comments that I post on Bugzilla. After posting the comment, the comment area on the bug says that I need to log in, however the header of the page shows that I'm already logged in. If I refresh the page then the comment area at the bottom will return.
Seen with 67.0a1 (2019-02-25) (64-bit) on Windows 10.
