RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1530820

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

Thunderbird is set as the default email client. Previously we could create a new email from another application (Filemaker). This functionality is no longer working.

Actual results:

Used SendEmail function in Filemaker to create a new email message in Thunderbird. Nothing happens. Thunderbird does not open.

Expected results:

A new message window is created and all we have to do is click Send.

I now realize that the email message is being sent automatically. It used to appear on my Desktop and I had to click Send. Now it's just being sent automatically. Not sure I like that but the "bug" is a changed functionality for no apparent reason.
