As long as the "Import bookmark file:" dialog is open you cannot close the
Preferences dialog.  Clicking on OK or Cancel has no effect until you close the
Import dialog.  When the "Import" dialog is closed the Preferences dialog will
close if the button was previously clicked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Manage Bookmarks / Tools / Import 
2.While the dialog is open go into Edit / Preferences
3.Attempt to close Preferences dialog

Actual Results:  The preferences dialog will not close as long as the "import"
dialog is open.

Expected Results:  preferences dialog would close.

WFM trunk 20022004 Windows 98. Reporter, can you test this with a new profile?

Resolving as we never got reply from reporter. Reporter, if you still have this
issue in a current build with a new profile, please reopen bug and comment with
details.
