i've received feedback that it isn't completely clear when a landing request will result in a partial stack landing; particularly from those who always land full stacks at a time.
we could do better here.
perhaps adding smallish text to the "Preview Landing" button:

another option could be to use colours in addition to text to draw attention to partial landings.

Maybe the final button could also have the text to the effect of "Landing 3 of 5 Revisions", so to increase the chance of people noticing that the text is different on the button they have to click.

We'll have to figure out the details for non linear dags, but displaying the number out of the possible you're landing makes sense to me as an improvement.
