1531649 - "Show Release Notes" does not work

After update some add-ons, "Show Release Notes" does not work with error.

Reproducible: always

Steps To reproduce:

1. Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
2. Check for Updates from Gear icon
3. Select View Recent Updates
4. Click "Show Release Notes"

Or

1. Install a old add-on
   e.g from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/versions/
2. Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
3. Check for Updates from Gear icon
4. Select View Recent Updates
5. Click "Show Release Notes"

Actual results:
No release not is displays.
Instead, "Sorry, but there was an error to loading" is displayed

Expected Results:
Should properly display release note

This looks like a regression caused by some recent routing changes on addons.mozilla.org https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/931
