Steps to reproduce:

My program uses simple MAPI to send emails with attachments and to open an email edit box

Users of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 are reporting problems.

Actual results:

Instead of opening a blank email edit box - the blank email is sent to the recipient.
I have just demonstrated this using 60.5.2 worked ok before update now sends blank email!
Demonstated by me on Win 8.1 and Win 10.

This has been resolved. See bug 1530820 comment #30.
