Steps to reproduce:

1. Open YouTube
2. Play a video
3. Disconnect from a network
4. Replay the video

Actual results:

The video is no longer buffered

Expected results:

The video plays normally

Hi csheany, thanks for filing a bug. Can you point to this behavior in other browsers or earlier versions of Firefox?

Hi!

Tested this on the latest Nightly build 67.0a1 (2019.03.03) and could not reproduce the issue.

Devices:

• Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1; Tablet);
• Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8; Tablet);
• Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1).

Can you please provide other details, like specific settings, add-ons installed and also can you retry with a fresh install?
Please try the next scenario: Go to about:config, write on the search bar "browser.tabs.useCache" and make it "true". After that retry the steps.

It may have been temporary.

I wasn't sure if it was a regression or the site behavior changed.

Page visibility might be a factor.
