1532060 - Downloaded files named "download" without file extension

Attachment: bug firefox.jpg and the rest of "download" file is when I download with firefox

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

Just click download on a rar, exe, pptx file

Actual results:

the download type change to file type and the only chance to open the file is open with... option. I can search winrar if the type is .zip files but if exe file I don't know where to open. But it's tired to do that thing everytime

Expected results:

Just open the file like usual without need to search the application first

Steps to reproduce:

Just click download on a rar, exe, pptx file

Works for me. Please check if the problem persists in a brand new profile.

If yes, post an example download link that shows the issue.
