Steps to reproduce:
- Find Firefox in Windows 10 start menu
- Right click + "More > Pin to taskbar"
- Update Firefox
Actual results:
The shortcut remains in place but won't launch Firefox anymore, and the icon disappeared. Requires removing and pinning it again with every single update.
Expected results:
Leave the shortcut functional... just like Chrome and every other app does.

This has a good chance of being related to bug 1532093, which is being worked on.
