Steps to reproduce:

Updated to 65.0.2

Actual results:

Try to load any local addresses, 192.168.1.1, etc etc, results in "Unable to connect". Can connect to the Internet.

Can reproduce with the following specs:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0
Version 65.0.2
Build ID 20190225143501

I can't reproduce here. Hence I'm going to gather more information.

Hello Reporter,

Do you have proxy setting? We've blocked proxy-ing localhost although you mentioned you can't browse intranet like 192.168.x.x neither.

One more thing:
Looks like 65.0.1 works for you. Do we also failed on recent firefox (66)?
If yes, please try to use mozregression to diagnose what commit had effect.

I don't know what the issue was or what caused it. The solution was to uninstall FF and then reinstall it. After that all local IP addresses were loaded without issue.
