1- Launch CCK Tool
2- View the Welcome Screen's descriptive text

Results:
Missing text that states: "2. Decide which customization you...., such as:"
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 25 years ago
Resolution: --- → FIXED
I checked in a fix for this after the builds came out yesterday.
