Once we can confirm things are working smoothly for bug 1531178 we can perform some cleanup:
a) remove the old mozharness configs that contained the unified keys
b) set expiration dates for XXX-something-soon (EOQ or EOH1 or alike?) to deprecate naturally the old secrets

I've set the expiry for the project/releng/gecko/build/level-?/gapi.data secrets to be the beginning of 2020.
