We got RTCRtpSender-replaceTrack.https.html working again in bug 1531472 yesterday.

RTCRtpSender-getCapabilities.html doesn't work because we have not implemented getCapabilities yet (bug 1531460).

I see in the link /webrtc/RTCRtpSender-getCapabilities.html is failing.
