Bug 1354159 added the recent bookmarked, but the "Cut" menu is enabled. It should be disabled.

Hi @Marco Bonardo, I've tested this issue by doing a mozregression process and here is my results:
Last good revision: 4d54ac07b8c97f0e6713dab2ba694023b5b2f3b5 (2017-08-10)
First bad revision: 64f5e3f40f0e7accb12cd90080e58eff0be46383 (2017-08-11)
Additionally, before the mozregression, I've tested on several build downloaded: 60.0 / 64.0 / 65.0 / latest nightly 67.0a1. Due this facts, on all versions that precedes the data 10th of August 2017 - the issue can be reproduced.
Thanks.

Bulk change for all regression bugs with status-firefox67 as 'fix-optional' to be marked 'affected' for status-firefox68.

The recent bookmarks list is a query, so we should be disabling the Cut
menu item since you can't remove from a search.
