The about:home is not displayed when tapping on search widget if a homepage is setup

Environment:
Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (Android 8.1.0);
Build: Nightly with the most recent changes and fixes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install and launch Fennec.
- Tap on 3 dot menu and select Settings.
- Tap on general and then on Home option.
- Tap on
Set a Homepage
. - Tap on Custom and set as a homepage a valid website.
- Close Fennec and add Fennec search bar widget to homescreen.
- Tap on Fennec search widget.
Expected result:
The about:home
screen is displayed when launching Fennec from search bar.
Actual result:
The website that was set as custom homepage is displayed instead of about:home
.
Notes:
The about:home
is displayed again only if setting the homepage to the default Fennec homepage.

If the app was started from the search widget we need to always load about:home
and not the homepage which the user may have set to be another address.
