This dump may be useful for people working on the debugger but it's very noisy for anyone else who is trying to use the console while debugging a test.
We should put this behind a pref, maybe "devtools.debugger.debug"

Thanks for the report!
And yes, hide the logging behind "devtools.debugger.debug" sounds reasonable to me.
Marking this as P2, we should fix this rather sooner.
