When applying this GPO policy - prevent extension from being disabled or removed, "Remove Extension" button is still available in context menu when right clicking the extension.

Steps to reproduce:
Apply GPO policy to lock the extension from preventing disabled or removed. Policy Name : prevent extension from being disabled or removed.
Actual results:
Remove extension button is still available in the context menu when right clicking the extension. And also when Remove Extension is clicked the extension gets removed.
Expected results:
The extension should not be removed by user in any way when applying the gpo policies.
