Steps to reproduce:

Playing normally Youtube videos.

Actual results:

When I move the mouse over the Youtube symbols such as subtitle resolution and full screen, the symbols flicker briefly or disappear for two seconds.

Expected results:

The symbols should not flicker when i get the mouse over it.

Hi :DoktorDementor,

I can not reproduce your issue in Firefox 67. I can not reproduce any 'mouse hovering on YouTube player buttons(e.g. full screen)' issue while playing YouTube video on windows 10 in my machine. Flickering might be caused by any specific add-on.

You can try with safe mode turned on (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) so that we can exclude that add-ons are not causing this issue.

If that still doesn't resolve your problem then you can try with a fresh profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles).

Look like a graphic driver issue

Yes driver issue is possible. It could be a problem in painting or layers too, but it would be hard to diagnose without more information and if nobody else is able to reproduce.
