1534174 - Can't Delete Messages being Viewed. Trash & Trash.msf files are missing

Steps to reproduce:

Sorry to bother you, but I can't find any other Point of Contact, & my Mozilla Support login/User Name/Password, don't seem to work any more?

I've been pushed to Upgrade to Version 66.0b3, I think, although it keeps trying to tell me to manually D.L a FireFox Upgrade, because the Automatic one, can't finish properly?

But it's done the same thing, after I D/Led, & installed several, so guess that didn't FIX anything yet?

But Additionally, this new Ver. 66.xxx Thunder Bird Doesn't allow me to Delete a Message, once I'm viewing it on my Screen?

So, I found the Article Where it says I should find the Trash Folder, & delete it, as this is the IMAP type/Version of T Bird?

Only this T Bird appears to to have at least 2 Trash & Trash.msi Folders? Well I Deleted both of them, Serially, Restarted, & it hasn't seemed to FIX that Problem either?

Don't know what to do to FIX either of these problems, or Where to go from here either??

If you are the wrong Grue to send this too, could you at least pass it on to someone, who can HELP ME, Por Favor!!

I have removed your phone number because a) we don't support users via phone, b) it's not good idea to post private information in this public space.

We do one issue per bug report, so et's have this bug report focus on the delete issue.

For your update issue please email me a screen shot of what you are seeing.

After someone told me that the Version I was a BETA version, which apparantly Mozilla installed for me, I went back and D/led the newest 64 Bit version of Firefox, & that seemed cure the problem?

However, since then it seems that Mozilla again seems to have re-Changed me back to another 32 Bit version of T-Bird, #65.0.1??

Paul, ff trash folders are missing then delete will fail. Does https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-delete-messages help?

Also, you definitely don't want to be on beta. You can always get the newest normal version from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/
