Reproducible: always
Steps To Reproduce:
- Open http://www.craftymind.com/factory/guimark2/HTML5TextTest.html
- Wait to load the page
- Reload with F5 or clicking reload button (Repeat steps 2 and 3 to 5-10 times)
Actual Results:
Firefox becomes laggy.
Menubar, toolbutton, switching tab also becomes laggy.
Regression Window:
Reload button should be enabled.
Firefox performance should not decrease.

accessibility.force_disabled = 1 seems fix the issue.
