Renaming a Bookmark folder requires choosing "Properties" which is not obvious

Steps to reproduce:
I created a new folder and copied the folder several times. Afterward, I tried to rename it and needed a lot to long because the option to rename is hidden under settings.
Expected results:
I would expect a more user-friendly nametag for "rename folder" or at least something to make it more obvious that rename is a (the only) setting.

Hi @tomheine99, I've tested this issue but before I want to ask you: You saw the option "Rename" at some point and now you don't and is replaced by "Properties" option? I said that to ensure if this is an issue or an enchantment. On all versions: latest nighlty 67.0a1, beta 66.0 and release, same behavior is present - this could be the intended.
