STR: visit a page with a certificate error, click "Advanced" and then the blue error code. You'll see something like the attached. Ideally there wouldn't be any early line breaks in the "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----" blocks (each line would be 64 characters, except for maybe the last one).

Can I work on this issue?

I can see this issue on Fx 67.0a1 (2019-03-12).
The issue is verified fixed with Fx 67.0b10 across platforms (Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and macOS 10.13)
